  We will start waking up our bodies and awareness through a guided improvisation, connecting to our own, very individual movement flow. Taking these experiences with us, we will focus on clear shapes and directions in space with exercises inspired by the Jooss-Leder and the Limón technique that first take place on the spot, to then finally let these shapes move through space and let them flow again.
  
• 30 August – Anca Huma
  Improvisation & Contemporary: We will start the class with body awareness, then we create space for improvising together on landscapes and other poetic pictures. You will be guided through playful improvisation tools. By the end of the class we learn a short contemporary choreography for all levels.
