Do you find joy and interest in your own unique body awareness?
Are you keen to make changes in your relationship with yourself and with others? Do you yearn for movement and dance, and to explore the space with your body?

With 생 [Ssaeng:Life], we create a liberating, safe space where you can discover and strengthen your connection with yourself and others, and re-explore your own possibilities for action.

We are offering a workshop featuring an internal movement session and somatically grounded group discussions about your own experiences.

There are no physical requirements and no prior knowledge is necessary. Everyone aged 18 and over is welcome – queer people, as well as cis-heterosexuals who support queerness.

The workshop will be held in German and English as required.
