The movement workshop shares core tasks from the creation process and focuses on how perception, materiality, movement and transitional states shape the perception of time and space. The practice involves somatic awareness, listening to inner sensations, stimulating emotions and activating imaginative processes to create a personal embodiment of the world, which establishes abstraction as a way to be, and communicate with others.

The workshop focuses on movement exploration, through simple materials and guided movement tasks, participants explore in-between states such as suspension, hesitation, transition, and sudden change.

Facilitators: choreographers and dance artists Ada Freund & Julie Pollet.
