We are opening up our artistic process on the topic of saying goodbye, disappearing and letting go at three different locations and cordially invite you to our transformation studio. We want to try out ideas with you, play through scenarios, show you dances and get into conversation.

Our GOODBYE/FAREWELL artistic process on the themes of saying goodbye, disappearing and letting go in the context of the climate crisis started at Tanz Station at the beginning of June.

What do we have to say goodbye to in the face of the climate crisis? What conditions and practices enable us to allow change? What role do the body, the atmosphere in the room and the feeling of safety and connection play in this? To find out more about how this can be achieved, we invited experts in the field of letting go to our first research phase:

Climate psychologist Janna Hoppmann from ClimateMind, Bettina Strang from Trostwerk in Hamburg and Jutta Gelzer, Grinberg Practitioner from Berlin, shared their practices and perspectives with us. We were also inspired by the “Gedenken schenken” project by Julia and Felix Meindl. A first aid kit for grief.

Our process also includes three open transformation studios where we share our experiences with all interested parties, try out choreographic strategies and exchange ideas. You are cordially invited to join us on 16 August from 5:30pm to 7:00pm at the Tanz Station.
