We will explore how forces, including those forces from heaven to earth, are transferred
through the body for optimal functioning. Connections equal strength, coordination,
power and wholeness. Connections rely on using the muscles of deep postural support on
the level of the bone to bring the body into alignment with itself, the space and the floor.
