“Dynamic Connection” offers tools for bridging different movement styles into choreography — creating space to exchange, learn, and discover new ways of connecting across styles and experience. Through an exploration of musicality, directions, and flows, the workshop invites dancers to stay authentic to their own craft while opening up curiosity and unexpected connections.

The workshop is led by Constantin Trommlitz in collaboration with Lara Szymanski Canaro.

Constantin Trommlitz is a German choreographer, dancer and filmmaker based between Amsterdam and Hamburg. Constantin’s background is Breaking and he regularly participates in battles. Since 2022 he has been creating his own pieces for the stage and moving moving between choreography, dance, and film. In his work, he focuses on bringing different dancers and their movement backgrounds together by focusing on each individual’s style rather than a singular form. Currently, he is artist in residence Korzo in The Hague and last season he was at residence at K3 Tanzplan Hamburg.

Lara Szymanski Canaro (she/her) grew up in Palma de Mallorca, Spain, where she began dancing at three years old. She started with a ballet education, but her desire to expand into contemporary dance led her to study in Madrid and eventually at Codarts University of the Arts in Rotterdam, where she graduated in 2024. She is now a freelance dancer and performer based in Rotterdam.
