What if your street could suddenly dance? What if sounds told stories and stairs became a stage? Sound Walk is an artistic invitation to experience Wuppertal’s neighbourhood with different eyes and ears. Dancers and performers bring squares, stairs and unknown corners to life and take you away from your everyday life.

Accompanied by specially composed soundscapes, you will explore your neighbourhood – simply via QR code, accessible and interactive. At the end, you will have the opportunity to talk to the artists about the Sound Walk creation and your personal impressions. Walk, listen, wonder!

Participation is free of charge. All you need is a working smartphone, headphones and a taste for a creative walk through Wuppertal-Barmen.
