After a warm-up and simple perception exercises of body and space, we will go in search of traces in our own body archives. Which movements have we stored and how can we consciously retrieve them? How can we create performative images in small movement miniatures and tell stories about ourselves? Which identities do we want to show and what becomes visible to others?

No previous knowledge is required, it’s all about experiencing the joy of creativity and experimentation, movement and exchange together.
