We open a space for all movement enthusiasts – whether professional or without previous experience. After an introduction, you will move freely to live music. The introduction will include elements of contact improvisation; if you like, you can get in touch with others.

You can expect music that moves between folk and improvisation. It tells of change and new beginnings, of hidden forces that sometimes sound gentle and dreamy, sometimes full of energy in interaction with the dance.

Whether you dance alone or with others, together we will create a mindful space of dance, music and non-verbal dialogue in which everyone can unfold freely.
