What to expect:

Cristiana’s workshop consists of a dynamic warm-up, followed by the dance elaboration of personal movement phrases, including everyday-like movements and gestures that come from individual or group improvisation.

After a short break, there will be a more theatrically orientated work in which the use of the voice can also be included. The purpose is to encourage participants to explore the infinite possibilities of body and voice expression, emphasising the precision and richness of different qualities of movement and the expressive potential of “true movement” rather than “aesthetic”.

The workshop is open to dancers, performers and physical expression enthusiasts.
